Not looking great in the market lately. Many stocks are back to their values from a year ago. Some are worse!
I recommend buying stocks of companies at least 5-10 years old. Stocks that were strong prior to the pandemic and that haven’t reported really bad news. Business as usual with some constraints is what you want. Every companies looks bad right now because the previous highs were just way to high. What goes up must come back down to reality.
The big players know the price targets and have done the research. Once they start buying the prices will spike and then level off. Many people are cashing out their profits (hopefully, profits). The speed at which this is happening is causing fear and pushing prices even lower.
Ask simple questions. What are people buying now? What will people be buying in 10 years? Who will people buy from? What won’t people buy in the future?
What are you buying?
